Custom Box #1: The Accordion Fold Box

Our Custom Accordion Fold Box is one of the most popular boxes out there. This box can be used for many things like custom retail packaging boxes, subscription boxes, food packaging, and tissue paper.
Making custom clothing boxes is not hard to do if you have some basic things. You can buy PVC pipes at Home Depot or most hardware stores for half the price that they are at the hardware store and then cut them to size. You also need very basic tools, like a screwdriver, drill, and hammer.

Once you get all of the supplies, here is what you do:

  • Take your PVC pipe and cut it in half – start with a 26-inch pipe
  • Put painters’ tape on both sides of the box
  • Put one side on top of another
  • Use more painters tape to hold them together
  • Wear gloves
  • Cut off any excess
After you have your materials, it’s time to sand the ends. This isn’t a necessary part of making a box but is very helpful for getting an even coat of paint on all four sides. The box will tell you which color end piece needs to be painted and when it will be dry.
Next, put painter’s tape on the side of the PVC pipe that has been painted. Make a straight 90-degree bend in the pipe and then lay it flat against the other side so that they are touching each other. Use plenty of glue to bring these two pieces together into one box!

Custom Box #2: The Paper Cube

Before you start your six-boxes project, it is a good idea to learn about each box and what it is for. To start, learn how to package things in a way that saves money and also makes sure the goods reach their intended audience.
Boxes are perfect for any brand, whether it’s apparel, jewelry, home goods, or direct marketing. The tools you use to package a product and ship it to an end-user should be standardized and dependable. This ensures that you only buy the best gear that can offer the most competitive price.

Custom Box #3: The Convoluted Paper Box

Step 1: Choose your fabric. I like to use 100% polyester thread, but you can also use 100% silk, wool, heavy canvas, or jersey. Line the bottom and sides of the box with the material you’re using, and lay a piece of the yellow ribbon or card stock on top of that.
Step 2: Cut out the box. Pick one corner to start, and tear away. Once you’ve finished, clean up the box with iron. Use the square end of a bottle brush and the tip of a Swiss Army Knife to remove as much rust or dirt as possible. Paint the box however you’d like.
Step 3: Tape the boxes. Leave enough breathing room so your printer can run. We bought the yellow tape for $4 at Staples. We also used aluminum foil to keep the tape from sticking to itself and the envelope. Wear painter’s sleeves and iron the excess with the tip of a Swiss Army knife.
Step 4: Roll out all four sides of the box. I find that it’s easiest just to fold the box in half from top to bottom. Try to keep an even gap between the top and the bottom. Step 5: Attach the ribbon onto the back.

Custom Box #4: The Hand-Sewn Flat Pack

The Hand-Sewn Flat Pack is different than other boxes. It is hand-sewn by a master tailor in Nepal. Each box is made out of heavy-duty cotton fabric that was hand-sewn with recycled thread. The seams are very smooth, even though the box can still be washed in the machine.

This 30-minute custom box is 12″ x 10″. If you put things in it, they will get bigger once they are inside. We recommend watching the video to make sure your computer screen doesn’t squash the video window. You can also buy three more merchandising boxes from the Catalog for another $20. Try putting your favorite shirts, tops, pants or accessories in each one and see which best fits what you want to order.

Custom Box #5: The Stacked Flat Pack

The Stacked Flat Pack is a good box for products. The top part looks like a stack of flat pieces of paper. It is perfect if you want to make sure that your product stands out on the shelves.

Plus, it can easily move the number of products in the box to the front of a customer’s mind. Like other products that have their own boxes, this one is made from high-quality plastic and sticky felt material that can double as a towel for your plants. This is such a perfect piece for seasonal product launches. These six items don’t take up much space in your warehouse, and they can sell for quite a bit of money.

Conclusion

Get the best custom packaging at a wholesale rate. There are a lot of options to consider when it comes to packaging your products. You need to make sure that you choose something that is both visually appealing and functional for your customers. If you’re looking for a unique option, consider using a plastic blister pack.

This type of packaging can be used for any product. It grabs customers’ attention and also makes customers want to buy it. Unlike other boxes, this one is made from high-quality plastic and sticky material that can double as a towel for plants.
